What can you expect?
Once our staff receives your email form, we will schedule an intake call at your convenience. This call lasts approximately an hour. Then, we will ask for basic demographic information and listen to your account of your abortion experience. We will transcribe notes to send them to our legal team.
If you have not obtained your medical records, and the clinic or hospital has not disposed of them, we will work together to obtain your records. We will guide you through that process if you need help.
Then our staff will send your case to our legal team for review. If the team decides to take the case, they will contact you.
What’s the cost? Legal services would customarily be at no charge.
